They offer a 360° service package to clients, going beyond typical marketing agency services. They are looking for a team player with strong interpersonal skills and practical experience who is passionate about supporting artists and eager to take on exciting tasks in artist management.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary point of contact for internal talents.
• Support in finding new cooperation partners, create new offers, and process incoming inquiries.
• Demonstrate negotiation skills in contracts and price negotiations with providers and service providers (cooperation partners).
• Develop concepts and content formats together with talents and support their realization.
• Act as an interface between talents and partners, plan their deployment, and ensure their well-being.
• Identify and acquire potential new talents for existing and future formats and broadcasts.
• Collaborate to help talents work future-oriented and create new opportunities beyond their artist career.

Requirements

• 1-3 years of experience in Influencer Marketing, Online Marketing, or a related field (e.g., a digital, social media, or PR agency).
• Interest and intuition for the latest digital and consumer trends.
• Proficient in using all common social media networks and online communities.
• Ideally, prior experience in the implementation and/or conception of social media and influencer marketing campaigns.
• High creativity and motivation.
• Fluent German and English language skills, both written and spoken.
