Responsibilities

• Support the Technical Success Manager in daily tasks.
• Maintain and manage administrative processes (project time tracking, ticket system backend, reporting).
• Assist with time tracking management and documentation.
• Prepare, track, and file documents.
• Coordinate and maintain internal overviews, lists, and databases in Azure DevOps.
• Support appointment organization and internal communication.
• Availability of 15-20 hours per week (by arrangement).

Requirements

• Currently enrolled student at a university or college.
• Structured, reliable, and independent way of working.
• Careful handling of confidential information.
• Good organizational skills and high initiative.
• Proficient in MS Office and Notion.
• Interest in technical and organizational processes.
• Ability to work both independently and in a team.
• Native or fluent German language skills.
• Good English language skills.
