Responsibilities

• Building and further developing scalable internal processes and responsibilities
• Relieving management in daily operations
• Prioritizing and coordinating cross-functional topics
• Coordinating special projects, e.g., certifications, partner initiatives, or internal structural topics
• Further developing collaboration between development, sales, customer projects, and administration
• Creating transparency on progress, risks, resources, and next steps

Requirements

• Experience in startup operations, scale-up operations, venture building, consulting, or a COO-adjacent role
• Ability to build structures without over-organizing a small team
• Strong entrepreneurial thinking and high implementation orientation
• Very good communication, organization, and prioritization skills
• Interest in software, AI, DeepTech, and industrial customer environments
• Confident handling of ambiguity, growth, and changing priorities
