Responsibilities

  • Lead 1-2 Client Service Leads and their teams, develop them specifically, and set clear priorities to ensure clients are served efficiently, creatively, and with high quality.
  • Ensure that brand, strategies, and workflows harmonize.
  • Drive client teams forward, developing both them and the brand with innovative topics and senior consulting.
  • Develop holistic communication, social, and influencer strategies, and ensure they are implemented operationally soundly.
  • Manage forecasting, capacities, resources, and project prioritization across your entire client team, and identify risks early.
  • Be responsible for budgets, economic efficiency, as well as proposal, growth, and planning processes, and derive clear measures for management from them.
  • Actively expand our services, identify potentials, and further develop our working methods and client relationships.
  • Pitch in hands-on: provide feedback on slides, write them yourself, refine concepts, and advance clients through genuine substantive work and ownership.

Requirements

  • Minimum of 7-10 years of relevant professional experience in an agency environment, with several years in leadership positions.
  • Deep understanding of social media, influencer marketing, creator economy, content & campaign production, and paid media.
  • Experience in managing large brand accounts.
  • Convince with leadership skills: develop leads, build structures, and create clarity within the team and brand.
  • Work analytically, independently, structured, and pragmatically.
  • Strong negotiation and communication skills, confident in interacting with C-level stakeholders.
  • Fluent German and secure English for communication with international stakeholders.
