We support successful brands in fully exploiting their potential in the marketplace – from content optimization and retail media to strategic brand management. We are looking for an Amazon Account Manager (m/f/d) with a background in OTC or FMCG to support our partners and develop sustainable growth strategies together with us. With your industry know-how, you will help us position brands in the healthcare and consumer goods environment optimally on Amazon and in online pharmacies.

Responsibilities

• Independent support and development of Healthcare and FMCG on Amazon & in online pharmacies.
• Planning of product detail pages, A+ Content, Brand Store, and Brand Story with the goal of sustainably increasing visibility, conversion, and brand building.
• Conception and implementation of Retail Media campaigns (Sponsored Ads, DSP, CTV) together with our advertising team.
• Analysis of market, competition, and performance data, identification of growth potential, and derivation of concrete optimization measures.
• Interface function between customer, content, advertising, operations, and BI – you ensure that all gears mesh together.
• Creation of reports, derivation of recommendations for action, and continuous optimization of brand performance.

Requirements

• Initial experience in e-commerce, online marketing, or account management – ideally in the OTC / FMCG / Healthcare sector.
• Understanding of digital retail structures, brand, and assortment management in the pharmacy or marketplace environment.
• Knowledge or interest in Amazon (Vendor Central, Seller Central, Ads) is an advantage.
• Strong analytical skills and a data-driven mindset: you derive concrete actions from numbers.
• Independent, structured, and solution-oriented way of working with a high quality standard.
• Very good German and English skills, written and spoken.
