Responsibilities

• Design and maintain the data foundation for the Specialist GTM organization, including account and contact data quality, enrichment workflows, and data provider orchestration.
• Audit the existing technology stack, identify gaps and overlaps, and generate a backlog of improvements, prioritizing without waiting for a roadmap.
• Ship rep productivity workflows rapidly by triaging asks, identifying low-hanging fruit, and iterating quickly.
• Determine when to build custom AI-powered solutions for complex problems, rather than relying solely on existing tools.
• Think in systems, anticipating and designing for upstream and downstream implications of built workflows.
• Integrate third-party APIs to sync events and information across disparate systems.
• Document all built solutions to ensure findability, understanding, and trust.

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in GTM Engineering, workflow automation, or a technical RevOps role, ideally at a high-growth, AI-native B2B company.
• Direct experience with Salesforce, including understanding its data model and building on it.
• Fluency with AI coding assistants, actively building with these tools.
• A track record of owning end-to-end AI and automation workflows.
• A fundamental understanding of APIs and webhooks for integrating third-party systems.
• Strong judgment on build decisions, knowing when low-code is sufficient and when custom solutions are needed.
• Systems thinker, naturally breaking problems into composable parts.
• High agency and bias for action, comfortable experimenting and iterating quickly.

Compensation: New York City, New Jersey, Washington, Washington DC, and California (excluding Bay Area): $161,000 - $287,000. Bay Area: $168,000 - $303,000. This role is eligible for incentive compensation and equity.
Locations: New York, San Francisco, Austin, London or Lisbon.
