Chapter Living is a modern real estate company seeking a dedicated part-time marketing professional to support their team in real estate and brand presence. The role involves developing and implementing marketing strategies to successfully position real estate projects and enhance brand visibility.

Responsibilities

• Planning and coordination of social media posts (LinkedIn, Instagram, TikTok).
• Creation and maintenance of content for digital channels.
• Management of newsletters and real estate advertisements.
• Design of brochures, flyers, and templates.

Requirements

• Strong sense for design and layout.
• Completed vocational training or degree in Marketing, Communications, or a comparable field.
• Experience in digital marketing.
• In-depth knowledge of digital media and social media platforms.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially PowerPoint, and experience with other digital tools.
• Very good German language skills (written and spoken) and good English language skills.
• Creativity, initiative, structured work approach, and teamwork skills.
