Responsibilities

  • Derive insights from quantitative and qualitative data analysis, communicating key findings to leadership through executive-ready presentations.
  • Support the strategy and design of sales training programs to build seller capability and confidence.
  • Lead the development and evolution of centralized resources (e.g., SharePoint, Highspot) for scalable knowledge sharing.
  • Assess the impact and effectiveness of learning programs using industry standards and best practices.
  • Partner with cross-functional stakeholders (Sales, Marketing, Product, Strategy) to align programs with business priorities.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to develop engaging presentations, custom graphics/videos, interactive content, and instructional guides.
  • Own program management and implementation efforts.
  • Analyze and recommend revisions to curriculums based on software/system/process upgrades.
  • Lead end-user training programs, train-the-trainer sessions, and one-on-one training support.
  • Design and draft PowerPoint presentations including graphics, videos, and data-driven charts.

  • Demonstrated ability to translate complex business processes into understandable training.
  • Strategic thinker with the ability to create and manage executable plans.
  • Proficient project management skills for multiple assignments.
  • Interest in and understanding of technology development and deployment, including AI tools and Copilot in sales and marketing.
  • Clear and effective communication skills, both visual and written.
  • Strong interpersonal skills with internal clients at various levels.
  • Motivated self-starter with the ability to work with minimal guidance.
  • Highly collaborative style.

Requirements

  • 3+ years in professional advertising, agency, tech, media, or marketing environment.
  • Knowledge of the media industry, the sales process, and media in general.
  • Significant experience in Office 365 - PowerPoint, Excel, Teams, Forms, and Word, including a high-level understanding of Copilot and AI business tools.

Work Model: Hybrid schedule, requiring a minimum of four days per week in the office.
Salary Range: $65,000 - $75,000.
