Karriereweg is seeking motivated interns for a mandatory internship (minimum 6 months) in a remote-first setting. The company focuses on marketing, content, communication design, sales, CRM, and digital market engagement within HR consulting. Interns will support making content visible, understanding target groups better, and digitally advancing modern HR consulting.

Responsibilities

• Contribute to the conceptualization and structuring of landing pages, including headlines, value propositions, CTAs, and target audience messaging.
• Develop content ideas for the website and LinkedIn, researching topics and preparing content clusters.
• Prepare campaigns and target audience engagement by analyzing target groups, their needs, and appropriate communication strategies.
• Support SEO and conversion optimization by preparing content to be search engine friendly and user-oriented.
• Co-create visuals, presentations, and layouts, developing simple graphics, landing page elements, or presentation ideas.
• Develop design ideas for improved image generation by analyzing visual styles, layouts, and specifications to create prompts, image briefs, or design templates.
• Support sales and CRM processes by researching target groups, preparing contact sequences, structuring information, and clarifying follow-up processes.

Requirements

• Currently studying Business Administration, Marketing, Communication Design, Media, Business Communication, or a comparable field.
• Seeking a mandatory internship of at least 6 months.
• Interest in marketing, content, design, sales, and digital communication.
• Enjoy researching, structuring, and developing ideas.
• Good sense for language, target audiences, and visual communication.
• Ability to work independently while valuing team collaboration.
• Curious, reliable, and communicative.
• Willingness to experiment with AI tools and digital workflows.
