Responsibilities

Strategic

  • Development and implementation of a clear, scalable sales strategy for the entire product portfolio, including product development.
  • Continuous expansion of the B2B sales structure (trading partners, key accounts, distributors, online channels).
  • Responsibility for KPI-based funnel management: setup, implementation, and continuous optimization of a KPI-based, scalable sales funnel (lead-to-order), including analysis and improvement of conversion rates and throughput times in all sales phases.
  • Overall responsibility for revenue, profitability, and growth targets, as well as ensuring the productivity of the sales team.

Operational

  • Leadership, motivation, and systematic coaching of the national and international sales team in a structured and consistent manner.
  • Proactive development of team members through regular feedback, development, and goal-setting discussions.
  • Overall responsibility for key account management in inside and field sales, including direct personal support of strategic key customers (retailers, importers, OEM partners).
  • New customer acquisition, especially in European markets.
  • Negotiation of framework agreements and high-volume major orders.
  • Analysis and management of forecasts, sales planning, and sales controlling in close cooperation with product management, purchasing, and marketing; consistent use of findings for the further development of the sales team, processes, and structures.
  • Optimization of sales processes and CRM structures.
  • Representation of the company and role model for the team at trade fairs and industry events.
  • Ensuring the operational implementation of a structured sales funnel in the sales team, including clearly defined processes, responsibilities, and CRM-supported pipeline management.

Requirements

Professional Requirements

  • Completed degree in Business Administration, International Business, Sales/Marketing, or a comparable commercial qualification.
  • Several years of experience in a senior sales position, ideally in the following areas:
  • Textile industry
  • Workwear / PPE
  • Consumer goods / promotional items
  • Proven success in international B2B sales.
  • Experience in collaboration with trade structures, importers, and key accounts.
  • Thorough understanding of price-driven, high-volume markets.
  • Confident use of CRM systems, sales KPIs, and forecasts.
  • Fluent German and English language skills (other European languages are an advantage).

  • Experience with competitive, high-volume product portfolios with active price and margin management.
  • Experience with stock goods, printing orders, and order-related manufacturing.
