Responsibilities

• Analysis of Social Media & Campaign Data: Responsible for collecting, processing, and analyzing influencer marketing metrics, including performance comparisons with competitors for a major beauty client.
• Reporting & Data Visualization: Independently create regular analyses, presentations, and reports that clearly visualize results and are tailored for project managers and clients, using "Data Storytelling" principles.
• Campaign Optimization: Continuously evaluate campaign results, identify potential improvements independently, and develop and implement concrete optimization approaches.
• Tool & Method Application: Routinely work with various analysis tools and methods to determine relevant performance metrics, develop them further, and derive strategic recommendations.
• Interface between Data & Creation: Translate complex data findings into understandable insights and act as a link between the analysis team and project managers.

Requirements

• Completed degree in Mathematics, Economics, Computer Science, Statistics, or a comparable field, with initial professional experience in data analysis, ideally in a marketing or agency environment.
• Proficient in Excel, PowerPoint, and Google Sheets, with practical experience in statistical software (e.g., R, SPSS, Stata, SAS, or Python).
• Strong analytical skills to structure, interpret large amounts of data, and translate them into clear action recommendations.
• Independent, structured, and highly proactive work ethic; clear and professional communication, both internally and with clients.
• Very good German and English language skills, both written and spoken.
