Responsibilities

• Lead the team to achieve revenue, EBITDA, and performance targets.
• Build a culture of high performance, service excellence, and customer focus.
• Drive business development and growth strategies across new and existing markets.
• Strengthen customer and consultant relationships.
• Oversee operational delivery, quality, compliance, and risk management.
• Lead recruitment, capability development, and performance management of staff.
• Manage budgets, financial performance, and resource allocation.

Requirements

• Senior leadership experience in operations, ideally within IME, personal injury, health, insurance, or related sectors.
• Proven strategic management capability within a complex service environment.
• Strong commercial acumen with demonstrated success in driving revenue, profitability, and business growth.
• Exceptional communication, influencing, and relationship-building skills.
• Experience leading large, diverse teams with a focus on performance, culture, and service excellence.
• Strong financial analysis, business development, and account management capability.
