Responsibilities

• Accurately update and document shipment statuses in internal systems.
• Monitor carrier performance to ensure timely deliveries and resolve mid-transit issues according to company SOPs.
• Contact carriers to obtain time-sensitive updates and log information appropriately.
• Manage team email, responding to both internal and external requests in a timely manner.
• Proactively identify and communicate issues to relevant teams for quick resolution.
• Assist Carrier Sales Representatives by ensuring smooth operations across their book of business.
• Collaborate with internal departments and maintain a professional attitude while working under pressure.
• Stay informed about industry trends, including seasonal and geographic freight dynamics.
• Be open to learning and mastering the company’s proprietary technology and systems.
• Maintain a positive attitude, exhibit a strong work ethic, and contribute to team success.
• Support co-workers and management by fostering a collaborative work environment.

Requirements

• Previous experience in carrier sales, freight brokerage, or logistics coordination on the US market.
• Strong negotiation skills with the ability to build rapport and influence others.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in transportation management systems (TMS) and other relevant software.
• Proven ability to build productive internal and external partnerships.
• Able to collaborate effectively with colleagues across departments.
• Comfortable handling multiple tasks and using technology efficiently.
• Willingness to learn about freight markets, carrier types, and transportation trends.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills; fluent in English.
• Highly detail-oriented and accurate in work.
• Able to work confidently and effectively in a fast-paced environment.
• The working schedule is Monday to Friday, 7 am-4 pm CST.
