Responsibilities

  • Lead the recruitment cycle with a focus on service excellence and acting as a brand ambassador for the client.
  • Conduct detailed job scope meetings with hiring leaders, providing market data and search approach recommendations.
  • Review candidates in the Applicant Tracking System (ATS) and evaluate qualifications against position requirements.
  • Develop and manage recruitment marketing and sourcing plans to identify appropriate candidate sources.
  • Source candidates using resume databases, search engines, and networking sites with Boolean search language.
  • Solicit referrals from business networks and internal sources.
  • Utilize proprietary software for mobile and email campaigning to talent communities.
  • Engage candidates using an appropriate mix of media (phone, email, social media).
  • Articulate the value proposition to interested candidates.
  • Prepare candidates for interviews, providing logistical information and coaching.
  • Provide timely updates to candidates on their application status.
  • Draft and utilize phone interview templates.
  • Assess candidate qualifications against position requirements and identify potential matches for other open positions.
  • Issue and evaluate skills testing results as needed.
  • Review background and reference information as needed.
  • Keep candidates engaged throughout the process with consistent communication.
  • Partner with hiring leaders to determine offer details, using market data and compensation guidelines.
  • Articulate job offers to candidates and negotiate counter-offers.
  • Ensure strict adherence to all regulations (OFCCP and other compliance standards).
  • Build talent pipelines to ensure multiple qualified candidates are always in play.
  • Provide accurate and regular reporting of recruiting activities to hiring leaders and Cielo leadership.
  • Identify perceived search difficulties and recommend solutions.
  • Proactively communicate search status to hiring leaders with a consultative approach.

Requirements

  • High school diploma required; Bachelor’s degree in business, management, human resources, or related field strongly preferred.
  • Minimum of two or more years of recruiting experience with demonstrated success in a corporate, RPO, or agency setting.
  • Experience using recruitment technologies such as Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and social media tools.
  • Proficient in Boolean search techniques for sourcing.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Knowledge of common Human Resources principles, practices, and metrics related to talent acquisition.
  • Location: Remote - United States. Must be a US citizen.
  • Work Setup: Monday to Friday / 40 hours per week.
  • Must be willing to work in either ET or CT time zones.
