Seeking an experienced 1099 Recruiter to support hiring for a fast-growing autonomous vehicle (AV) transportation company. This role will focus on sourcing, screening, and hiring drivers and transportation-related talent.

Responsibilities

• Source, screen, and hire drivers and transportation-related talent.
• Build and maintain a strong candidate network.
• Utilize own sourcing tools and recruiting resources.

Requirements

• Proven recruiting experience in transportation, logistics, driver, or operations roles.
• Strong sourcing and candidate engagement skills.
• Ability to work independently and deliver hires quickly.
• Existing database/network of drivers is a major plus.
• Access to your own sourcing tools and recruiting resources preferred.
• AV, mobility, transportation, or logistics industry experience is a plus.
