Responsibilities

  • Manage the tender and bidding process in close coordination with divisional and sales management.
  • Analyze customer requirements, create robust FM calculations (personnel, subcontractors, materials), manage pricing and margins, and develop convincing proposals.
  • Act as a key interface between technical feasibility, commercial evaluation, and customer requirements to develop economically viable solutions.
  • Support contract negotiations, re-bids, service changes, and extensions, including recalculation and commercial evaluation.
  • Collaborate closely with internal departments (e.g., Purchasing, HR, QHSE, Commercial) and ensure all internal approval, compliance, and documentation processes.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in bid calculation, ideally in facility management, building management, or a technical service environment.
  • Experience in developing high-quality, customer-oriented sales solutions and coordinating internal and external stakeholders within the solution and bidding process.
  • Proficiency in creating convincing bid documents and conducting professional presentations at decision-maker level.
  • Very good oral and written German and English skills.
  • Confident interaction with various stakeholders, including operational staff, suppliers, subcontractors, and clients.
  • Strong goal and results orientation, and the ability to navigate a dynamic and demanding sales environment.
  • Independent, structured way of working, and the ability to work successfully both independently and as part of a team.
