hey contact heroes is launching a new, large mobile telecommunications project focused on prepaid customer service. We are seeking reliable, motivated freelancers to join us long-term. If you live within the EU (excluding Germany) and are eager to start as a professional customer service partner, this is the opportunity for you. We are a remote-first company with a global reach.

Responsibilities

• Friendly and solution-oriented handling of inbound calls related to prepaid services, tariff inquiries, SIM cards, top-ups, and basic technical questions.
• Adherence to structured processes and clear guidelines within a professional project environment.
• Flexible working hours within the project scope, ideal for freelancers managing their own schedules.
• Training starts in June 2026.

Requirements

Legal & Formal Prerequisites:

• Business registration / self-employment in an EU country.
• Valid VAT ID number (USt-IdNr.) for issuing invoices.
• Residency in an EU member state (excluding Germany).
• Ability to issue monthly invoices.
• Compliance with data protection, confidentiality, and NDA requirements.
• Independent organization of working hours and capacities.

Professional & Personal Requirements:

• German language skills at C1 level or higher.
• Previous experience in telephone customer service is advantageous.
• Professional communication, reliability, and high service orientation.
• Independent working style and high process discipline.
• Long-term commitment to project participation.

Technical Requirements:

• High-performance and stable internet connection (min. 50 Mbit/s).
• Professional headset, two monitors, webcam.
• Quiet, undisturbed home office workspace.
• Ability to securely use our tools and systems.

Availability:

• Regularly plannable availability and capacity.
• Reliable participation in all training days.
• Willingness to work shifts within project operating hours.
