Responsibilities

• Write thoughtful and empathetic replies to customer emails using Help Scout.
• Write and maintain help center articles, identifying new topics based on customer inquiries.
• Collaborate with the engineering team to debug software issues encountered by customers.
• Use our software to develop and manage new ways for customers to complete legal paperwork.
• Assist the product team by testing new features and bug fixes, and conveying customer feedback.
• Identify trends in customer issues and alert other team members.
