Responsibilities

• Regularly invited to impactful missions matching your interests, from early-stage incubations to fast-growing companies.
• Build ambitious software from 0 to 1 as part of a small, 3-4 person team.
• Scope projects, provide clients with options, guide strategy, and execute on selected solutions.
• Work directly with founders, CTOs, and product leaders to shape technical direction and execution.

Requirements

• Senior software developer with a track record of building and shipping production systems.
• Preference for consistent contract work over full-time roles.
• Ability to work autonomously and say "no" to projects that don't align with your interests or bandwidth.
• Interest in creating a variety of new products alongside other top-tier builders.
• Not for early-career engineers, those without production experience, or those seeking small gigs.
