Responsibilities

• Join small teams to solve real problems, not demos or proof-of-concepts.
• Engage in building AI-native products from 0 to 1, agent architectures, enterprise AI deployments, retrieval/evaluation/reliability infrastructure, LLM-powered workflows, and machine learning platforms.
• Work directly with founders, CTOs, and product leaders to shape technical direction and execution.

Requirements

• Proven track record of shipping AI systems into production.
• Understanding of AI tradeoffs beyond the hype.
• Ability to translate technical complexity into business value.
• Typical rates: $120-$170/hr.
• Not for early-career engineers or those without production AI experience.
