Responsibilities

• Design and manage influencer marketing campaigns from planning to evaluation, ensuring deadlines, budgets, and quality are met.
• Act as the central point of contact, coordinating influencers, their management, clients, creative/production teams, and paid/social teams.
• Develop innovative campaign concepts with the creative team to engage target audiences.
• Plan and oversee photo and video productions to ensure visually compelling campaigns.
• Create insightful analyses, presentations, and reports on influencer and social media campaigns, presenting results directly to clients.
• Actively advise clients and continuously develop their social media strategies, contributing own ideas and driving new trends.

Requirements

• Minimum of four years of experience in marketing or agency environments, ideally with a focus on project management and influencer marketing.
• Passion for social media, with knowledge of key platforms, current trends, and successful influencer campaign mechanics.
• Familiarity with large clients, complex projects, and significant budgets.
• Strong consulting and moderation skills, with excellent communication abilities.
• Independent, solution-oriented, and proactive approach (hands-on mentality).
• Creative and collaborative team player.
• Ability to remain calm under pressure and find pragmatic solutions.
• Strong organizational and project management skills.
• Excellent German and English language skills.
• Experience in telecommunications or initial leadership experience is a plus, but not mandatory.
