Responsibilities

Desenvolvimento e Desenho de Soluções

  • Design, develop, and optimize advanced plugins in C#, including complex pipelines, asynchronous execution, and modern architecture patterns.
  • Create and maintain JavaScript Web Resources using modern practices (modularization, ES6+, design patterns).
  • Develop Custom Actions, Custom APIs, and advanced Dynamics 365 extensions.
  • Design and implement complex data structures (entities, relationships, hierarchies, business rules, forms, views, and command bars).

Integrações e Serviços em Nuvem

  • Build and maintain robust integrations using Azure Functions, Logic Apps, Service Bus, Event Grid, and other modern Azure services.
  • Work with Dynamics 365 REST and OData APIs, ensuring security, performance, and governance.
  • Implement integration patterns such as messaging, queues, events, and microservices architectures where applicable.

Power Platform e Automação

  • Create advanced solutions with Power Automate, including complex flows, custom connectors, and large-scale automations.
  • Work with Power Apps Model-Driven, Canvas Apps, and Power Pages, ensuring adherence to best practices.
  • Contribute to governance and ALM (Application Lifecycle Management) using Power Platform Build Tools, pipelines, and Git.

Qualidade, Segurança e Performance

  • Perform code reviews, apply architecture patterns, and ensure secure development best practices.
  • Monitor and optimize the performance of plugins, queries, integrations, and flows.
  • Implement logging, telemetry, and observability strategies using Application Insights and related tools.

Suporte Avançado e Apoio ao Time

  • Act as a technical reference for the team, supporting junior and mid-level developers.
  • Conduct advanced troubleshooting, incident analysis, and critical problem resolution.
  • Participate in architectural decisions and contribute to platform evolution within client environments.
  • Stay updated with Microsoft ecosystem trends, including Dataverse, Copilot Studio, AI Builder, and AI service integrations.

Requirements

  • Commitment to delivery quality, including unit, integration, and functional testing, validation of critical scenarios, and ensuring stability before deployment.
  • Solid mastery of .NET and C#, with experience in developing complex and scalable solutions.
  • Proficiency in JavaScript, including the use of modern libraries and development patterns.
  • Good knowledge of web development (HTML, CSS, and complementary front-end technologies).
  • Ability to apply good architecture practices, design patterns, and secure development principles.
  • Experience with business-oriented data modeling, ensuring adherence and efficiency in solutions.
  • Experience in performance analysis, code optimization, and identification of technical bottlenecks.
  • Ability to design, develop, and maintain robust web applications in collaboration with multidisciplinary teams.
  • Capacity to translate functional requirements into well-structured, high-quality technical solutions.
  • Consistent experience in advanced troubleshooting and complex problem resolution.
  • Clear, objective, and collaborative communication, facilitating alignment between technical and business areas.
  • Ability to work closely with clients, understanding their needs and proposing effective solutions.
  • Professionals who seek stability and engagement in medium to long-term projects are valued.
  • Quality-oriented mindset, focusing on clean, sustainable, and easily maintainable code.

  • Minimum of 4 years of experience in the mentioned activities and technologies.
  • English: mandatory, with technical reading, communication, and meeting participation capabilities.
  • Spanish: desirable, especially for interaction with clients or teams from Spanish-speaking countries.
  • Advanced English is a plus.
  • Mastery of Power Automate is a plus.
  • Mastery of Azure components is a plus.
  • Senior level of experience (4+ years) is a plus.
