Analista de Lifecycle & CRM
About
Auvo is seeking a Lifecycle & CRM Analyst to join our Growth Squad, working closely with the RevOps, Sales, Customer Success, and Product teams, focusing on Lifecycle & CRM for Brazil and LATAM. This role is for someone who already masters CRM strategy and execution, operates autonomously, monitors their own results, and is ready for continuous evolution. You will operate and evolve relationship and conversion strategies using CRM, automation, and data, with two clear pillars: Land (Acquisition via existing base) and Expand (Clients - focusing on onboarding, activation, engagement, retention, adoption, and expansion, supporting upsell and cross-sell strategies). You will also play an important role in dashboards, documentation, and CRM governance, ensuring clarity, traceability, and scalability of the lifecycle operation for BR and LATAM.
Responsibilities
Lifecycle & CRM — Land (Acquisition via base)
- Operate and evolve relationship strategies focused on generating demand via the existing base.
- Execute nurturing cadences, cold lead recovery, and contact reactivation.
- Create segmentations by interaction history, ICP, intent, and country (BR and LATAM).
- Structure flows to stimulate "hand-raising," generate MQLs, and support New MRR.
Lifecycle & CRM — Expand (Clients)
- Operate strategies and automations for the entire customer journey: onboarding, activation, engagement, retention.
- Execute inactivity recovery and churned client reactivation (winback) cadences.
- Identify upsell, cross-sell, and add-on opportunities in partnership with CS and Growth.
- Execute expansion communications based on usage, maturity, and perceived value.
CRM, Automation, and Data
- Operate CRM and automation tools (HubSpot or similar) at an advanced level.
- Create and maintain segmentations, dynamic lists, properties, and flows in the CRM.
- Ensure base hygiene, field governance, and nomenclature consistency.
- Configure UTMs and tracking rules for CRM x funnel x revenue traceability.
Dashboards, Analysis, and Documentation
- Create and maintain operational and managerial lifecycle dashboards (Land + Expand + funnel).
- Monitor metrics and generate continuous insights: MQLs, conversion, churn, influenced expansion.
- Document strategies, segmentation logic, automation rules, and field dictionaries.
Brazil & LATAM Operations
- Adapt cadences and messages by language, market maturity, and cultural context.
- Provide structured insights from LATAM to Growth, CS, and Product.
Requirements
- Previous experience with CRM, marketing automation, and/or lifecycle management.
- Experience in a B2B and/or SaaS environment (preferably with an SMB base).
- Analytical and organized profile: data, dashboards, and processes are part of the daily routine.
- Ability to work autonomously and in multidisciplinary teams.
- Advanced experience with HubSpot and complex automations is a plus.
- Experience with Looker / Looker Studio, GA4, funnel reading, and conversions is a plus.
- Experience with base reactivation and demand generation via CRM is a plus.
- Intermediate/advanced Spanish for supporting LATAM operations is a plus.
- Knowledge of LATAM markets and multicultural work is a plus.
