About

haebmau is a leading agency for consumer lifestyle communication. We are looking for a Head of Growth to lead New Business Development, Sales, and the development of future-proof services. You will drive new business with existing and new clients across our core business areas: PR, Social Media, Influencer Relations, Events, and Consumer Marketing. You will identify trends, optimize processes, and shape our growth strategy in collaboration with management.

Responsibilities

  • Strategic new client acquisition and expansion with new & existing clients in collaboration with individual client units, focusing on their needs.
  • Management and proactive optimization of the agency's internal new business process and all new business operations.
  • Identification of industry trends & derivation of consumer insights for new future services.
  • Maintenance of the sales database, tender research, and networking & collaboration with pitch consultancies.
  • Development & optimization of new business tools and pitch materials.
  • Leadership, sparring, and further development of the growth team, as well as internal interface management for research & resource planning.

Requirements

  • Completed university degree and at least 5 years of experience in new business development and sales within the agency and consulting environment (PR, Marketing), including 2-3 years in a leadership position. Ideally, certifications in Sales, Business Development, or Digital Marketing.
  • Sound knowledge of sales strategies (e.g., Salesforce, LinkedIn Sales Navigator) and CRM tools (e.g., HubSpot, Pipedrive), as well as trend analysis and the development of new services.
  • Expertise in pitch processes (including project management skills and stakeholder management), new client acquisition, and industry knowledge in PR, Social Media & Influencer Marketing.
  • Entrepreneurial mindset, team spirit, and sales talent with networking skills, as well as high analytical and creative competence.
  • Passion for the creative and communication industry, and experience & desire for team leadership, management, and development.
  • Fluent German and English language skills, as well as willingness to travel for client appointments, networking, and industry events.
  • Representation of haebmau with a willingness for thought leadership appearances and statements.
