  • Partner closely with Product Managers, taking responsibility for prioritizing testing efforts, clarifying requirements, challenging assumptions from a quality perspective, coordinating Business Acceptance Testing, and advocating for customer needs.
  • Work closely with SDETs to expand and maintain automated test coverage for new features and regression testing. Collaborate with other manual QA engineers on cross-team and cross-BU projects.
  • Proactively identify and mitigate potential risks, ensuring that our products meet the highest standards of quality and reliability.

Requirements

  • 3+ years of QA experience, with a focus on manual testing (Black Box, White Box, and Grey Box).
  • Good knowledge of software QA methodologies, tools, and processes.
  • Good understanding of testing integration, functional, and end-to-end scenarios.
  • Good understanding of microservices architecture and API testing using tools like Postman.
  • Experience with SQL (select, join, groups, limits, aliases, etc.).
  • Experience with test case design, execution, and reporting for complex systems (front-end and back-end).
  • Ability to create test cases and collections that exercise requirements and business rules in collaboration with PMs.
  • Experience with test case management tools (preferably XRay).
  • Good analytical skills and attention to detail.
  • Independent problem solver and a collaborative team player.
  • Great command of English (written & spoken) and at least basic Polish.
  • Availability for occasional evening meetings to ensure smooth communication across time zones.

Extra points for:

  • Experience working in a product company, ideally a startup/scale-up.
  • Experience with Google BigQuery.
  • ISTQB foundation level certificate.
