About

We are looking for a Marketing Specialist to further build and develop our marketing department. You will support management in sales activities and take on organizational tasks independently within a team of highly qualified colleagues. The role is based in Hamburg, with occasional visits to trade fairs and conferences. Part of the tasks can be performed remotely.

Responsibilities

• Organization and management of campaigns – from market and target group analysis to success control.
• Development and implementation of measures for acquiring new customers and expanding existing customer relationships.
• Planning, organization, and support of marketing events and trade fairs.
• Close cooperation and coordination with management and department heads.
• Taking on organizational tasks in daily business.
• Responsibility for maintaining and further developing our website, CRM system, and LinkedIn presence.

Requirements

• Initial professional experience in service marketing and in the B2B sector.
• Completed vocational training or degree.
• Knowledge of online marketing, social media, and CRM systems is desirable.
• Experience with HubSpot is an advantage.
• Very good German and English language skills, both written and spoken.
• Enjoyment of collaboration in a motivated and engaged team, as well as contributing own ideas.
• High sense of responsibility, accuracy, and reliability.
