The energy transition faces a problem few talk about: stability. As wind and solar farms supply green electricity, the physical backbone of our grid disappears with conventional power plants. The result? An unstable system that slows down the expansion of renewables. This is where we come in. We are Blindleister. We pursue a clear vision: making the power grid fit for 100% renewables. Our software enables wind, solar, and battery storage systems to actively market their reactive power for the first time. This not only solves a core technical problem of grid stability but also creates the economic foundation for a decentralized, green energy system. We have achieved impressive traction since our founding in early 2025 and are looking for a Founders Associate as a working student starting August/September. Responsibilities

• Direct collaboration with the CEO on all business administration topics.
• Expand and optimize sales structures.
• Personal customer acquisition.
• Grant applications and financing.
• Automate financial processes and structures.
• Design and implement scalable processes.

Requirements

• Ongoing or completed studies (Business Administration, Economics, Management, Industrial Engineering, Business Informatics, or similar).
• Interest in technology, sustainability, or renewable energies.
• Motivation to build a scalable company and introduce a completely new solution to the electricity market for the first time.
• High degree of reliability and independence.
• Excellent communication skills in German, both written and spoken.
• 0-3 years of professional experience, ideally in a startup or consulting firm.
