About

FINE DINE is a D2C brand for gift boxes with restaurant vouchers, currently generating around 7-figure revenue. Performance marketing already accounts for ~30% of our revenue, but the expertise currently lies almost entirely with external agencies. We are changing this now. In the coming years, we aim to make performance marketing our most important growth driver (>60% revenue share) and to massively scale new channels like influencer & affiliate marketing. Our mission is to make access to fine dining restaurants easier and to bring the diversity of haute cuisine closer to a broader audience. FINE DINE boxes offer an easy entry into upscale culinary experiences and are perfect as gifts.

Responsibilities

  • Performance Marketing: Take ownership of our entire performance marketing across Meta, Google, and new channels.
  • Agency Management: Steer and challenge existing agencies with the goal of gradually building up expertise internally.
  • Budget Optimization: Optimize six-figure budgets and ensure sustainable profitability, especially with a MER of over 2.5.
  • Creative Strategy: Develop scalable creative strategies and derive systematic tests for new ads, angles, and formats.
  • Channel Development: Systematically build new channels such as influencer and affiliate marketing and evaluate their scaling potential.
  • Unit Economics: Work data-driven along our unit economics and consistently optimize the CLV to CAC ratio.
  • Conversion Rate Optimization (CRO): Actively drive CRO topics in the shop and specifically work on a conversion rate of over 4.5%.
  • Tracking & Attribution: Further develop our tracking and attribution setup and bring it to a new level.

Requirements

  • Previous experience in a D2C or E-commerce setup, responsible for or significantly built performance marketing.
  • Managed significant budgets (ideally >€100k monthly ad spend) and know how to scale profitably.
  • Entrepreneurial mindset, questioning assumptions, and making decisions based on numbers.
  • Education/Studies: Not decisive – more important is that you can deliver.
  • Knowledge: Meta Ads, Google Ads (incl. Performance Max), Creative Testing, Funnel Logic.
  • Languages: German & English fluent.

Salary Range: €60,000 – €80,000.
