This company develops customer-specific business software based on Microsoft Dynamics 365, Sales, Customer Service, Field Service, Project Operations, and Marketing. They are looking for individuals who want to not only solve problems but also ensure quality.

Responsibilities

Support & Consulting (50%):

• Support Dynamics CRM customers in 2nd-level support.
• Analyze technical problems, find solutions within the team, and act as a technical point of contact.
• Coordinate regularly with development and product management to ensure sustainable problem solutions.
• Actively contribute to the further development and optimization of support and QA processes.

Software Testing & Quality Assurance (50%):

• Create and execute test scenarios based on requirements and specifications.
• Test new and existing features in the Dynamics environment.
• Evaluate test results, document thoroughly, and provide crucial input for improving software quality.
• Collaborate closely with all interfaces to ensure high product quality.

Requirements

• Completed apprenticeship in IT, Business Informatics, or a comparable qualification.
• Professional experience in 2nd-level support and/or software testing.
• Knowledge in one of the following technologies: Microsoft Dynamics CRM, Cloud and infrastructure technologies, Microsoft Copilot, Databases (preferably Microsoft SQL-Server).
• Independent, structured, and solution-oriented work approach.
• Very good written and spoken German, good English skills.
