Responsibilities

• Help develop analytical frameworks to measure product success and improve performance.
• Work with Engineering to support data tracking, quality, and infrastructure for more robust analytics.
• Participate in and learn about A/B testing strategies, ensuring experiments are structured, statistically sound, and drive meaningful decisions.
• Develop predictive models and advanced analytics to anticipate trends and inform decision-making.
• Provide data-driven recommendations that optimize conversion rates, payment success, and customer experience.

Requirements

• Knowledge in applying statistical methods to generate insights.
• SQL proficiency: Ability to write complex queries and optimize data extraction for efficient analysis.
• Knowledge in designing and analyzing experiments to measure feature impact.
• Understanding of how data impacts customer behavior, conversion, and revenue.
• Hands-on with visualization tools like Looker, Tableau, Google Data Studio, or similar.
• Ability to work closely with Product, Engineering, and Commercial teams.
