Celsius Holdings, Inc. is seeking a motivated Merchandising Representative to join their team in New York, NY. This field-based role involves promoting Celsius products across various retail channels and ensuring brand visibility.

About the Role:
As a Merchandising Representative, you will be a brand ambassador, responsible for implementing merchandising initiatives, managing shelf space, and driving product placement in grocery, specialty, health club, and convenience stores. This is a driving position that requires a valid U.S. Driver's License.

Responsibilities:

• Plan and execute merchandising initiatives.
• Call on target accounts and communicate sales leads.
• Secure placement for displays and end caps.
• Expand product distribution within assigned accounts.
• Ensure shelves, cold vaults, and coolers are stocked and merchandised according to brand flow guidelines.
• Rotate backstock and place point-of-sale materials.
• Participate in new store openings and store reset support.
• Document merchandising activities through photos and reporting.
• Conduct product demos as requested.
• Develop and maintain a list of target accounts for planning.
• Communicate with territory sales management.
• Make 15-20 account calls per day.
• Track and complete all account calls using the Celsius sales app.
• Submit weekly work logs and mileage.

Requirements:

• 0-2 years of experience in retail or merchandising; prior merchandising experience is a plus.
• High school diploma or GED.
• Ability to work a flexible 40-hour work week, Wednesday to Sunday (Mon-Fri during training).
• Motivated, enthusiastic, and positive attitude.
• Self-starter and team player.
• Excellent driving record, valid U.S. Driver''s License, and insurance.
• Personal vehicle required (allowance provided).
• Commitment to providing outstanding customer service.
• Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills.
• Excellent problem-solving abilities.
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced industry.
• Must reside within the assigned county area.

Pay Rate:
$25/hour + Overtime (as needed)

Schedule:
Mon-Fri during training, Wed-Sun thereafter.

NEW YORK, NEW YORK (Field-Based)
