Gerente de Cuentas (Key Account Manager) - SIXTEMA (Remote)

About the Role:
As a Key Account Manager, you will be responsible for managing and developing key accounts, driving business growth through consultative sales and building long-term client relationships. This is a remote position offering flexibility and stability.

Required Education:
University degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Computer Engineering, or related fields.

Essential Requirements:

• Minimum of 4 years of experience in selling complex IT projects to public and private sector clients.
• Experience dealing with various levels of stakeholders in IT, purchasing, and business areas.
• Strong influence, demand generation, consultative selling, and trust-building skills.
• Proven ability to establish long-term relationships.
• Demonstrated experience in consultative sales and business development, including the Public Sector.
• Solid communication, negotiation, and closing skills.
• Autonomous, proactive, and results-oriented profile.
• Knowledge of technological solutions and IT services.

Valuable Requirements:

• Specific knowledge of the Public Sector.
• Additional training in sales techniques.
• Previous experience selling management solutions for Public Administrations.

Main Functions:

• Identify, prospect, and develop new business opportunities in the designated area.
• Manage the full commercial cycle of solutions: prospecting, consultative analysis, proposal presentation, negotiation, and closing.
• Conduct presentations, functional demos, visits, and active follow-up of offers.
• Identify needs within the existing client base and promote cross-selling of the Sixtema portfolio.
• Accompany, advise, and guide clients and potential clients throughout the process.
• Stay updated on Sixtema's solutions, competitors, and public sector trends.
• Manage your pipeline, forecasts, and daily activity in CRM and collaborative tools.
• Participate in tenders and administrative processes according to internal procedures.
