About the Role

Join the fast-paced, growing Avery Dennison Smartrac, EMEA RFID Industry Sales Team to drive RFID adoption across various industries. This is a meaningful role within a highly competitive and rapidly expanding business, offering the opportunity to work within a high-performing sales team. You will work independently, with the flexibility to work from home or travel to meet existing and new customers within your designated territory: East Europe (Poland, Czech Republic, Slovakia, Romania, Hungary, and Bulgaria).

How Your Role Would Look Like:

  • Grow sales within existing customer accounts in East Europe.
  • Develop and expand sales by acquiring new customers in your territory.
  • Execute results-oriented selling across the Avery Dennison Smartrac RFID product portfolio, including developing technical knowledge of RFID transponders and their applications.
  • Employ creative strategies to approach and engage new potential customers.
  • Build and manage a sales pipeline, focusing on both new prospects and re-activating previous customers.
  • Achieve sales and margin targets within the EMEA region and secure new customer wins.
  • Exercise integrity to prioritize requests and customers, focusing on the most rewarding opportunities.
  • Develop a strong understanding of the competitive landscape, continuously assessing trends and opportunities.
  • Utilize Salesforce and other tools for effective analysis of sales activities and customer base, creating regular sales forecasts and performing efficient pipeline management.

Your Expertise:

  • A passion for sales professionalism with a consistent commitment to excellent customer service.
  • 5+ years of experience in B2B sales, preferably within an international context in the RFID industry or with technically demanding products.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage complex projects, considering both customer requirements and internal partnerships (e.g., Business Development, Product Management, Customer Service, Quality, Credit/Finance, Supply Chain & Operations) to achieve successful outcomes.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills in English, both spoken and written.
  • A solution-oriented, self-starter mentality with a hands-on approach.
  • Natural entrepreneurial thinking.
  • Ability to manage multiple key tasks simultaneously and prioritize work independently.
  • An energetic, dedicated, and enthusiastic work approach combined with strong self-management to meet deadlines and achieve objectives.
  • Strong cultural empathy and a team-player attitude with a relationship-building focus for operating within a complex multinational organization.
  • A valid driving license.
