• Strategy & Consulting: Develop holistic Data & Analytics strategies and KPI frameworks. Advise clients on Customer Data Platform (CDP) solutions, customer journeys, and data-driven use cases. Lead workshops, reporting reviews, and client training sessions.
• Data Architecture & Implementation: Build scalable tracking setups (client-side & server-side). Ideally, implement solutions using SQL, BigQuery, API integrations, and BI tools.
• Analysis & Insights: Conduct in-depth analyses to identify operational growth levers. Build dashboards, maintain reporting standards (Data Studio, Power BI, etc.), and develop attribution models and customer journey analyses. Proficient with GA4, GTM, and Data Studio.
• AI & Innovation: Contribute to AI-powered data products (e.g., AI Hub, Data Hub). Utilize Claude and relevant MCP servers for data-driven strategies and support ML experiments and feature engineering.

Deine Skills (Your Skills)

• Experience: Minimum 3 years of experience in Data Analytics, Digital Analytics, or Data Strategy, with a track record of data-driven project implementation.
• Tracking Know-how: Proficient in web and app tracking (GA4, Tag Manager, Server Side, Adobe Analytics, Matomo, E-Tracker) and capable of building scalable tracking setups.
• Data & SQL: Ideally, strong SQL skills and experience with BigQuery or comparable data warehouses. Proficient in ETL/ELT pipelines.
• BI & Reporting: Familiarity with Data Studio. Experience with BI tools (Power BI, Looker, etc.), API integrations, and initial practical experience with Machine Learning / AI models is a plus.
• Work Style: Proactive, independent, and structured working style. Possess strategic foresight and strong communication and consulting skills for client interactions.
