About the Role

Snif is seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Retail Sales Manager to support our Retail Sales Team. This role is crucial for managing our presence at existing retailers and driving future expansion. You will work closely with the Sales Team, providing administrative support for new and existing products and activations, including managing retailer portals, analyzing sales data, and organizing critical information.

Responsibilities

  • Account Setup and Maintenance: Input and update SKU data in retailer portals, complete necessary forms for placements and activations, oversee retailer.com review tracking, and maintain master data sheets for accuracy.
  • Account Manager and Sales Leader Support: Assist account managers and sales leaders with administrative tasks, manage retailer calendars and schedules, and take notes and initiate follow-ups from meetings.
  • Coordinate and Collate Retail Sales Reports: Pull and summarize weekly sales reports, provide analysis of performance against budget, identify inventory opportunities, and track sales trends and competitor activities.
  • Cross-Functional Communication: Proactively communicate needs to cross-functional partners, coordinate and track projects impacting retail, and maintain cross-functional calendars for transparency.

Requirements

  • 2+ years of sales coordinator experience supporting account managers and sales leaders for national retail chains.
  • Experience supporting accounts that service Ulta.
  • Proficiency in organizing, maintaining, and streamlining workflows across multiple retailer portals.
  • Strong ownership mentality and comfort navigating ambiguity in a startup environment.
  • Excellent communication and cross-functional collaboration skills.
  • Curiosity, rigor, and a desire for continuous process improvement.

  • Experience in a fast-paced startup within the beauty, fragrance, or personal care sector.
  • Passion for scented products.
  • Experience supporting external agencies or Amazon accounts.
  • Experience with Notion.
  • Comfort working in a remote-first environment.
