About the Role

TailorCare is seeking an experienced Contract Recruiter to support our new market growth initiatives. You will be responsible for sourcing, interviewing, and securing candidates for various roles within the healthcare industry. This is a contract position ideal for someone looking to make a significant impact in a fast-paced, remote environment.

Primary Responsibilities

• Collaborate with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and develop recruitment strategies.
• Build and maintain a robust pipeline of qualified candidates across Care team roles.
• Utilize diverse sourcing methods, including job boards, social media, networking, and referrals.
• Conduct thorough interviews, assess candidate skills, and evaluate cultural fit.
• Manage the full recruitment process from initial contact through offer negotiation.
• Maintain accurate records in the applicant tracking system (Greenhouse).
• Provide regular updates on recruitment progress to stakeholders.
• Ensure a positive candidate experience through clear communication and timely feedback.
• Ensure compliance with all HR-related laws and regulations.

Qualifications

• Proven experience (5+ years) as a recruiter, with a strong background in the healthcare sector and a track record of filling diverse roles.
• Required experience with Greenhouse ATS.
• Strong understanding of recruitment techniques and tools.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks effectively as a W9 contractor.
• Experience in startups, healthcare, and/or PEO is a plus.
