About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Salesforce Health Cloud Developer to play a key role in designing and developing Health Cloud solutions. You will focus on care plans, patient profiles, assessments, care teams, and health timelines, collaborating closely with business stakeholders to translate healthcare requirements into scalable technical designs. This role requires strong hands-on experience with Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), Flows, and Salesforce configuration best practices, along with up-to-date knowledge of Health Cloud capabilities and healthcare industry standards (FHIR, HL7, EHR integrations).

Responsibilities

• Design and develop Salesforce Health Cloud solutions, focusing on care plans, patient profiles, assessments, care teams, and health timelines.
• Collaborate with business stakeholders to translate healthcare requirements into scalable Salesforce technical designs.
• Apply Health Cloud and Salesforce platform best practices for scalable, secure, and compliant implementations (including HIPAA where applicable).
• Write and review high-quality code.
• Understand functional requirements and analyze client needs within project contexts.
• Act as a trusted advisor, addressing technical queries, recommending optimal solutions, and mentoring junior developers.
• Support the planning and design of new solutions, aligning business requirements with Health Cloud architecture.
• Envision overall solutions, defining technologies, patterns, and frameworks.
• Determine and implement design methodologies and toolsets.
• Enable application development by coordinating requirements, schedules, and activities.
• Lead/support UAT and production rollouts.
• Create, understand, and validate WBS and estimated effort.
• Address issues promptly, respond positively to setbacks, and embrace continuous improvement.
• Provide constructive feedback to team members and set clear expectations.
• Deliver scalable, high-quality solutions adhering to performance, security, and compliance standards.
• Assist the team in troubleshooting and resolving complex bugs.
• Propose and justify solutions for issues raised during code/design reviews.
• Conduct Proofs of Concept (POCs) to validate suggested designs and technologies.

Requirements

• Total Experience: 5.5+ years.
• Strong hands-on experience with Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), Flows, and Salesforce configuration best practices.
• Up-to-date knowledge of Salesforce Health Cloud capabilities, Salesforce releases, and healthcare industry standards (FHIR, HL7, EHR integrations).
• Experience communicating effectively with users, technical teams, and management.
• Passion for building great solutions.
• Mentoring team members and holding them accountable for high standards.
• Ability to understand and relate technology integration scenarios for complex troubleshooting.
• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
