About the Role

Be an integral part of the Investor Operations team, ensuring quality client service and adherence to company and department policies. You will oversee and execute various investor-related functions to ensure seamless fund operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Process investor subscriptions, redemptions, and transfers accurately and efficiently; support quality control of daily deliverables related to investor registration, dealing, reporting, and cash.
• Maintain up-to-date investor records, ensuring data integrity and regulatory compliance. Serve as a primary contact for daily client inquiries and deliverables, striving to meet Service Level Agreements and escalating issues appropriately.
• Collaborate with internal teams (e.g., client services, fund accounting) to address investor inquiries and resolve issues promptly.
• Respond to queries from clients, investors, fund managers, and internal MUFG departments with a high standard of quality, and assist team members with query responses.
• Work with your Line Manager on testing, change requests, and adopting new technologies to enhance service offerings.
• Participate in regular team meetings to share information, ideas, and support colleagues in fostering a positive team culture.

Qualifications

• Diploma or Bachelor's degree, preferably in a business-related field, or equivalent experience.
• 1+ years of experience, preferably in financial services, fund administration, asset management, banking, or client service.
• Knowledge of Investor Services processes and related functionalities is a plus.
• Previous client/customer service experience is ideal.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office products, with Microsoft Excel skills being an asset.
