Job Description

Requirements:

• Total Experience: 5.5+ years.
• Salesforce Health Cloud Expertise: Play a key role in designing and developing Salesforce Health Cloud solutions, focusing on care plans, patient profiles, assessments, care teams, and health timelines.
• Stakeholder Collaboration: Collaborate closely with business stakeholders to translate healthcare requirements into scalable Salesforce technical designs.
• Technical Skills: Possess strong hands-on experience with Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), Flows, and Salesforce configuration best practices.
• Industry Knowledge: Stay updated on Salesforce Health Cloud capabilities, Salesforce releases, and healthcare industry standards such as FHIR, HL7, and EHR integrations.
• Best Practices: Apply Health Cloud and Salesforce platform best practices to ensure scalable, secure, and compliant implementations.
• Communication: Effectively communicate with users, technical teams, and management to gather requirements, describe features, and present technical designs.
• Passion for Building: Demonstrate passion for building great solutions.
• Mentorship: Mentor team members to meet client needs and hold them accountable for high delivery standards.
• Troubleshooting: Understand and relate technology integration scenarios for complex troubleshooting.

Responsibilities:

• Write and review high-quality code.
• Thoroughly understand functional requirements and analyze client needs within the project context.
• Act as a trusted advisor by addressing functional and technical queries, recommending optimal solutions, and mentoring junior developers.
• Support the planning and design of new solutions by aligning business requirements with Salesforce Health Cloud architecture and best practices.
• Envision overall solutions for functional and non-functional requirements, defining technologies, patterns, and frameworks.
• Determine and implement design methodologies and toolsets.
• Enable application development by coordinating requirements, schedules, and activities.
• Lead or support User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and production rollouts.
• Create, understand, and validate Work Breakdown Structures (WBS) and estimated effort, justifying decisions.
• Address issues promptly, respond positively to setbacks, and embrace continuous improvement.
• Provide constructive feedback to team members and set clear expectations.
• Deliver scalable, high-quality solutions adhering to performance, security, and compliance standards (including HIPAA where applicable).
• Assist the team in troubleshooting and resolving complex bugs.
• Propose and justify solutions for issues raised during code/design reviews.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
