Job Description

We are seeking a motivated and driven individual to join the Avery Dennison Intelligent Labels Sales Team to accelerate RFID adoption across industries. This role offers the flexibility to work remotely or travel to customer sites within your designated East European territory. You will play a crucial role in growing our business by expanding existing customer relationships and acquiring new ones.

How Your Role Will Look Like

  • Grow existing customer accounts within East Europe.
  • Develop sales by winning new customers in your territory.
  • Drive results-oriented selling across the Avery Dennison RFID product portfolio, including technical expertise on RFID transponders and their applications.
  • Employ creative approaches to engage potential new customers.
  • Build and manage a sales pipeline, including re-activating previous customers.
  • Achieve sales and margin targets within EMEA and secure new customer wins.
  • Prioritize opportunities effectively, focusing on the most rewarding prospects.
  • Develop a strong understanding of the competitive landscape, continuously assessing trends and opportunities.
  • Utilize Salesforce and other tools for sales activity analysis, customer base management, sales forecasting, and pipeline management.

Your Expertise

  • A passion for sales professionalism and a commitment to providing excellent customer service.
  • 5+ years of experience in B2B sales, ideally within an international context in the RFID industry or with technically demanding products.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage complex projects, considering both customer requirements and internal partnerships (Business Development, Product Management, Customer Service, Quality, Finance, Supply Chain & Operations) to achieve successful outcomes.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills in English (spoken and written).
  • A solution-oriented, self-starter with a hands-on mentality.
  • Natural entrepreneurial thinking.
  • Ability to manage multiple key tasks simultaneously and prioritize work independently.
  • An energetic, dedicated, and enthusiastic work approach, combined with strong self-management skills to meet deadlines.
  • Strong cultural empathy and a team-player attitude, with a relationship-building approach suitable for a multinational organization.
  • A valid driving license.
