SEO-Optimized Copywriter

What We're Looking For

The ideal candidate is a multifaceted technical and creative writer with 2-4 years of professional, non-academic experience. You should understand how to blend SEO best practices with brand priorities to produce content that is engaging, creative, and ROI-driven. A willingness to conduct thorough research to understand various industries is essential. Candidates will be asked to provide a portfolio of published work and complete a brief training course upon offer.

Compensation

• Per-Word Basis: Compensation is based on a per-word rate, assessed according to our KPI rubric.
• Automatic Raises: Performance-based raises are automatically applied after 400 and 800 pages go live on client websites.
• Initial Compensation: Up to $0.06 per word (most typical: $0.034/word, equivalent to $30/$17 per 500-word page).
• After 400 Pages Live: Top marginal rate increases to $0.064 per word (most typical: $0.038/word, equivalent to $32/$19 per page).
• After 800 Pages Live: Top marginal rate increases to $0.07 per word (most typical: $0.044/word, equivalent to $35/$22 per page).
