The Role

We are looking for a Territory Sales Officer to join our team in Unilever, focusing on the General Trade channel. This position is located anywhere in UP and reports to the ASM.

Your Day-to-Day:

  • Achieve sales targets through personal selling and driving the distribution system.
  • Manage the distributor system, including front-end and back-end infrastructure.
  • Analyze MIS reports to identify gaps and opportunities for improving execution and performance in your geography.
  • Negotiate with distributors and develop their teams to enhance customer management and business growth.
  • Cultivate and leverage relationships with the trade to strengthen market position.
  • Generate and provide market feedback and reports to the branch office.
  • Analyze strategies to improve competitive position through enhanced customer service.
  • Systematically monitor the performance of distributors and their sales teams, taking corrective action as needed.

Key Skills & Requirements:

  • Minimum Full-Time Graduation required.
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in Channel Sales.
  • Excellent in ROI Calculations & RS Distribution Management.
  • Well-versed with RS appointment & Sales Planning.
  • Experience in conducting promotional activities & execution.
  • Knowledge of MS Office, particularly Excel.
  • Decent communication skills in English and the local language are desired.
