• Role: Accounting Associate
• Location: Kemang, South Jakarta

We are searching for talented finance fresh/recent graduates (maximum 2 years of experience) to join our regional capital team, covering our entire group (parent company and all subsidiaries). You will work closely with key executives and external stakeholders, such as investors and advisors.

The Corporate Finance Associate will join a team responsible for:

• Financial & Strategic Planning
• Investor Relations
• Corporate Governance
• Liquidity Management
• Transactions (e.g., fundraising, M&A)

You will work directly and frequently with the senior executives of the company.

For this position, we are considering graduates of accounting/accountancy who aspire to a career in corporate finance (strategy/planning, investments, fundraising, governance, etc.). Candidates from other fields of study will not be considered.

Qualifications

• Education: University education in Accounting/Accountancy with high scores.
• Work Experience: Fresh graduates are welcome. For those with work experience, a maximum of 2 years in one of the following fields is accepted: accounting, law/compliance/tax, or investments.
• Numeracy: High level of numeracy, defined as the ability to understand, apply, and reason with numbers and mathematical concepts in everyday life, going beyond basic arithmetic to confidently handle data, statistics, and quantitative situations.
• Self-Management: Ability to self-manage without daily micromanagement.
• Work Ethic: Strong work ethic.
• Language: Fluency in English (writing and speaking).
