The Day-To-Day:

• Setting Appointments: 6-8 hours/week. Contacting potential clients who have requested coverage to schedule meetings.
• Research: 4-5 hours/week. Analyzing client information to customize coverage options for financial needs in case of death or disability.
• Meeting with Families: 2 days/week. Presenting options, discussing coverage details, and assisting with applications (virtually or in-person).
• Administrative: 2 hours/week. Following up with insurance carriers to process client applications through underwriting.

Requirements:

• Mindset: Coachable, challenge-seeking, self-disciplined individuals with a growth mindset.
• Passion: A strong passion for helping people is essential.
