About the Role:
We are seeking a Senior Performance Marketing Manager with expertise in Retail Media and Omnichannel strategies to join our Performance Marketing Team in Hamburg. You will be responsible for developing and executing strategies to drive e-commerce growth for leading brands.

Tasks:

• Develop and execute retail media and omnichannel performance marketing strategies.
• Manage and optimize campaigns across retail media networks and platforms (e.g., Amazon, OTTO, eBay, Walmart, Criteo, CitrusAd).
• Analyze campaign performance and identify actionable optimization measures.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align marketing activities with business goals.
• Monitor market trends, competitors, and new retail media opportunities.
• Drive innovation and contribute to the development of retail media best practices.
• Support and mentor junior team members.

Requirements:

• 2–4+ years of experience in Performance Marketing with a focus on Retail Media.
• Hands-on experience with retail media platforms such as Amazon Advertising, Criteo, CitrusAd, Walmart, eBay, OTTO, or similar.
• Proven track record of managing successful, ROI-driven campaigns.
• Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
• Proactive, self-driven, and eager to continuously learn.
• Fluent English skills; additional languages are a plus.
