About the Role:
To strengthen our Advertising Team, we are looking for a Senior Performance Marketing Manager specializing in Sponsored Ads and Amazon SEA to join our Hamburg office. You will play a key role in managing and optimizing campaigns to drive client success.

Tasks:

• Manage and optimize Amazon Sponsored Ads campaigns based on performance goals.
• Develop campaign strategies for existing and new clients.
• Monitor, analyze, and improve campaign performance.
• Support and mentor other campaign managers.
• Improve processes, reporting, and campaign management standards.
• Identify new Amazon Advertising trends and opportunities.
• Collaborate closely with clients and internal stakeholders.

Requirements:

• 2–4+ years of experience in Performance Marketing or Digital Advertising.
• Strong expertise in Amazon Advertising, especially Sponsored Ads.
• Amazon DSP experience is a plus.
• Excellent analytical and Excel skills.
• Strong communication and presentation skills.
• Structured, proactive, and solution-oriented mindset.
• Fluent English skills.
