About the Role

Are you passionate about social media, have a keen eye for strong content, and want to be involved in shaping creatives from scratch? Do you want to create content that stands out amidst heavy trucks, dense forests, and action-packed offroad vehicles? We are looking for a creative mind to join our team. This role emphasizes hands-on content creation and requires you to be on-site in Kayhude for brainstorming, filming, photography, and immediate implementation of ideas.

Responsibilities

• Content Creation: Produce engaging Reels, TikToks, Stories, and visuals directly on-site.
• Storytelling: Capture the vibe of our teams, technology, and products (X-PLORE & TimberNex).
• Editorial Planning: Assist in structuring the content calendar and keeping our channels vibrant.
• Community Management: Monitor interactions and grow the community around our brands.

Qualifications

• Social Media Native: Familiar with current trends on TikTok, Instagram, and LinkedIn, understanding how to create content that drives engagement.
• Hands-on & On-site: Eager to regularly come to Kayhude to produce creatives collaboratively.
• Equipment & Tools: Proficient with smartphone photography/videography and ideally have experience with editing apps (e.g., CapCut, Canva, Adobe Creative Cloud).
• Doer Mentality: Proactive, full of ideas, and not afraid to get hands-on, even filming at offroad events.
• Language: Confident and error-free German writing skills.
