Position Summary

Join EarnIn in a high-impact role to drive growth. This function is critical in leveraging analytics to inform growth priorities, drive data-backed experiments, and deliver value to our customers. You will collaborate closely with marketing, product, and engineering teams to establish end-to-end measurement & reporting, implement rigorous testing methodologies, and conduct strategic analyses. This position is hybrid and based out of our expanding Bengaluru office. What You'll Do

• Drive strategic analyses that identify key growth opportunities for EarnIn across Product and Marketing.
• Partner with Product and Marketing teams to design and run experiments.
• Own the analytics roadmap for key growth functions such as SEO, Referrals, etc.
• Monitor and proactively surface/troubleshoot any problems across key business metrics, driving resolution of these issues.

What We're Looking For

• 4+ years of experience in marketing analytics, product analytics, or data science in a B2C role.
• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field or equivalent industry experience.
• Experience with growth functions such as SEO, referrals, and lifecycle marketing.
• Experience designing, running, and interpreting experiments.
• Expert skillset in SQL and experience with Python or R.
• Ability to extract insights from large, complex datasets and translate them into actionable recommendations across the consumer journey.
• Ability to establish and maintain excellent processes while allowing for creative thinking and flexibility in ambiguous situations.
• Curiosity and passion for deeply understanding analytical problems and translating this to stakeholders.
• Experience in Fintech is a bonus.
