We are looking for an Amazon Account Manager (m/f/d) with a background in OTC or FMCG to manage our partners and develop sustainable growth strategies together. With your industry expertise, you will help us position brands optimally in the healthcare and consumer goods sector on Amazon and in online pharmacies.

Aufgaben

  • Holistic management and further development of Healthcare brands within Amazon and online pharmacies.
  • Responsibility for content optimization (product detail pages, A+/Premium A+, Brand Story, Brand Store) to maximize visibility and conversion.
  • Planning and implementation of Retail Media strategies (Sponsored Ads, DSP, CTV) in close coordination with our advertising specialists.
  • Data-driven analysis of market and competitive environments, identification of growth potentials, and derivation of concrete measures.
  • Close collaboration with clients and internal teams (Content, Advertising, BI) to develop tailor-made solutions for the respective brands.
  • Management of regular reporting and actionable recommendations for our partners to steer revenue, profitability, and brand performance.
  • Active contribution to strategies for positioning brands in online pharmacies and on Amazon.

Qualifikation

  • Initial professional experience in e-commerce, online marketing, or account management, preferably with a focus on OTC or FMCG products.
  • Sound understanding of digital commerce structures, assortment, and brand management in the pharmaceutical sector.
  • Experience in collaborating with retailers, online pharmacies, or marketplaces.
  • Amazon knowledge (Seller Central, Vendor Central, Advertising) is a plus, but not a prerequisite.
  • Analytical thinking and the ability to derive clear action recommendations from data.
  • Structured, independent, and solution-oriented work approach with a high quality standard.
  • Very good German and English language skills (written and spoken).
