Leadscape is a performance marketing agency based in Frankfurt, specializing in generating predictable owner inquiries for real estate agents across Germany through Meta & Google Ads. We're looking for someone to elevate our social media presence.

About the Role

This is a remote position with flexible hours, working directly with the founders. You don't need a corporate background, but you must understand how great content works today and be eager to create it. You'll manage two key areas:

Social Media & Content (Primary Focus)

• Create Instagram posts, carousels, and Stories for our account.
• Record and edit Reels & Ad videos based on provided briefs.
• Develop compelling hooks that capture attention and understand what resonates with audiences.
• Maintain a consistent, fresh, and on-brand feed.

Sales Support (Secondary Focus)

• Call interested prospects from our pipeline to book appointments for the sales team (you will not be selling).
• Maintain accurate contact information in the CRM.

Qualifications

• A good sense for marketing – you can identify why some content performs well and others don't (not necessarily professional level, but beyond zero).
• Active presence on Instagram & TikTok, understanding current trends.
• Ability to create content, ideally using Figma, or another tool like Canva, CapCut, Photoshop – proficiency is key.
• Strong communication skills, comfortable making phone calls.
• Self-starter with a reliable and independent work ethic (essential for remote work).
• Excellent German language skills (written and spoken).
